We conduct investigations across Washington and nationally with a culture of excellence, consistency, collaboration, and continuous improvement. We conduct highly-sensitive employment and compliance investigations at all levels of an organization. Our investigations assist organizations in resolving the most complex issues at work.
Lea Bell, Esq.
Founder & Managing Attorney
Lea Bell is a licensed attorney, investigator, and mediator with extensive experience resolving workplace issues and conflicts in 15+ years working as a consultant, in-house, and as outside counsel. Prior to founding Pax Law PLLC, Lea Bell served as the VP of Compliance Services at Clear Law Institute, Head of Employee Relations at Blend Labs, and as an Employee Relations Leader at Amazon. Lea's experience further includes mediating employment claims for the Arizona Attorney General's Office and serving as an investigations attorney at the law firm Calfo Eakes & Ostrovsky (now Morgan Lewis). When she is not busy working, she finds creative expression in restoring homes.
